You can opt for **Fixed Pay**.\
There’s also an **optional Revenue Share model,** available **only after 6 months of consistent performance** and **strong traction in your department**.

🔹 **1. Content Creator & Space Host**\
💰 **Pay**: $45/month (Fixed)\
🎯 **Mint Goal**: $135 = 5 NFTs/month

**Responsibilities:**

* Write 2 articles weekly to attract new members
* Share 1 Web3 trend post weekly
* Host 2 Twitter Spaces weekly (60+ listeners)
* Explain what OwlphaDAO is building

**Monthly Goals:**

* Increase engagement by 10%
* Gain 60 new followers
* Help sell 5 NFTs

🔹 **2. Partnerships Coordinator & Marketing Specialist**\
💰 **Pay**: $45/month (Fixed)\
🎯 **Mint Goal**: $135 = 5 NFTs/month

**Responsibilities:**

* Secure 3 strong collabs weekly (DAOs/projects with 1k+ followers)
* Organize or join 2 collab events weekly (servers with 1k+ members & 200+ active users)
* Host 2 Mega Twitter Spaces monthly with 6+ projects
* Post 3 promo tweets weekly (400+ views each)
* Share 2 viral info posts monthly

**Monthly Goals:**

* Help achieve 5 NFT sales

🔹 **3. Community Manager & Web3 Project Manager**\
💰 **Pay**: $60/month (Fixed)\
🎯 **Mint Goal**: $180 = 6 NFTs/month

**Responsibilities:**

* Monitor Discord daily and coordinate the team
* Host 3 fun events weekly (50+ attendees)
* Manage bots, channels, and roles
* Lead project execution and weekly team check-ins

**Monthly Goals:**

* Launch 1 revenue-generating project
* Grow 150 active members
* Help achieve 6 NFT sales

🔹 **4. Blockchain Developer**\
💰 **Pay**: Based on skill and passion

**Responsibilities:**

* Build tools, smart contracts, and platform features
* Collaborate with team on technical builds
* Create innovative Web3 solutions for OwlphaDAO

✅ **Note on Revenue Sharing**

* Revenue Share is **optional** and **only available after 6 months** of active work with **strong department traction**.
* Until then, only Fixed Pay applies.

📌 **Rules**

* **Full Pay = All Monthly Goals Completed**
* Founder reviews team milestones monthly
* **Inactive for 2 months = Role will be removed**
